Manu Huyssen has been placed in the top 15 in the National English Olympiad. More than 7500 students sat the examination. Manu’s achievement is exceptional and we are very proud of her. She has been invited to the prize giving at the Grahamstown Arts Festival where the final placements will be announced.
We are delighted to inform you that Mr Craig Verdal-Austin has been appointed to lead the Preparatory School from the start of the Third Term.

Mr Verdal-Austin has been the Deputy Head of St John’s Preparatory where he has enjoyed a successful tenure. Prior to St John’s College he was a teacher and Boarding Master at WPPS.
Congratulations on your results. A 100% pass rate together with some outstanding achievements augur well for the future.
