Manu Huyssen was placed 6th in the National English Olympiad. More than 7500 students sat the examination. Manu’s achievement is exceptional and we are very proud of her. She attended the prize giving at the Grahamstown Arts Festival where the final placements were announced.

The annual Somerset College Golf & Boules Day is taking place at Erinvale Golf Course on Friday 23 October 2015. If you wish to take part, please download and complete an entry form.
Jacques Morris (Grade 9) attended the Yale Africa Conference in Zimbabwe in August. He is congratulated on managing the application process and for being selected from what the panel said was an extremely competitive group from over 30 different African countries. Jacques represented the College and South Africa and we are very proud to have had our first scholar on this programme.
